FAQs about a stay with us

We do our very best to make the organisation of your stay here in Wagrain as easy as possible for you and so there should remain no unanswered questions.

Are bed linen and towels in the price included?

We provide bed linen, towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), kitchen towels and washing tabs for the dishwasher. Starting from a 4 night stay we change we change the towels once in the middle of the stay.

Is there a washing machine which we may use?

A washing machine and a dryer are available for our guests.
The price for the use of both is € 7,-.
The washing powder is provided by us and is included in the usage fee.

Are there parking places available?

Free of charge parking places in the garage and outdoor are located directly at the accommodation.

Do you offer a bread service?

As guests of our house, you have got a daily free of charge bread service included in the price!
Not only the service itself also the bread is free of charge - no matter of the desired quantity.
However, we kindly ask you to adjust your order to your actual needs and not to waste the food!

Where is the nearest supermarket and what about restaurants?

The Billa supermarket is only about 200 m away from our apartement house.
Due to our ideal central location (almost) all restaurants, shops and leisure facilities are reachable within walking distance. There are many very good restaurants to choose from in Wagrain. Of course we are happy to help you with table reservations.

Is it advisable to book the ski rental and ski school in advance?

Definitely yes! There is usually an online discount and additionally it is also much more relaxed to arrange everything already from home. You can find our recommendations for ski schools and ski rentals here.

Where can we buy ski passes?

Since the winter 2022/2023, it is possible to purchase ski passes already from at home. Tickets with an early bird bonus are available in the online ticket shop. The earlier you secure your ski pass online, the higher is the chance of getting a discounted price.

Alternatively, it is also possible to purchase the ski passes directly at the reception of the Apartments Schattauer for the official price.
Outside of the main season, you get the ski passes through us for a reduced price!

Where can we store the ski equipment?

We offer a ski depot with heated and lockable lockers.
Alternativelly you have got the possibility to rent at every gondola station in Wagrain your private locker and store your equipment there.

Are dogs allowed at the accomodation?

You are welcome to bring your dog with you.
If you are staying with us in the summer time we ask for your understanding that they are not allowed in the pool area.
Per dog and night we charge € 12,-.

What are the check-in and check-out hours?

Officially check-in is from 14:00 until 22:00. We know from experience that the apartements are often also earlier ready. However we can of course not guarantee this because this always depends on when the departing guests check-out.
Latest check-out is at 10:00. Please let us already know in advance when you are planning to arrive.

So that nothing is missing

Our flats are very well equipped and therefore you normally will not miss anything. Should you still have a special wish we are of course always at your disposal.
